We are an independent firm of chartered building professionals based in Manchester who serve the North West of England and beyond. My name is Fraser Millar and I am the Founder and Director of Highborne. I am a Chartered Member of the The Chartered Institute of Building and a PCA Certified Surveyor of Timber and Dampness in Buildings.
